Heavenly Father,
I awoke this morning in a bad mood,
and I have been unable to shake it so far.
Everything bothers me and
everyone rubs me the wrong way.
I just cannot seem to get my true bearings.
Help me to think of your salvation,
your countless gifts and overwhelming love for me.
O my God,
in union with the Immaculate Heart of Mary
I offer You the Precious Blood of Jesus
from all the altars throughout the world,
joining with it the offering of my every thought,
word and action of this day.
O God, by the passion of Your only-begotten Son,
and by the Blood shed through His five most sacred Wounds,
raise up mankind, lost because of sin;
grant that we who on earth
adore the Wounds our Savior received,
may in heaven rejoice in the glory He,
at the price of His precious Blood,
bought back for us.
Lord Jesus Christ,
eternal and merciful God,
Creator and Redeemer of all,
listen to my prayer.
Look on me, merciful Lord,
as You looked on Your Mother, Mary,
standing in sorrow beneath Your Cross.
Hail, Mary, my joy, my glory, my heart and my soul!
You are all mine through your mercy, and I am all yours.
But I am not yours completely enough.
Destroy in me all that may be displeasing to God.
Place and cultivate in me everything that is pleasing to you.
Amen.
"Houses of Horror" is how one visitor described the centers where children are held illegally behind bars or in cages.
Lord, Jesus, I come before You, just as I am.
I am sorry for my sins,
I repent of my sins,
please forgive me.
In Your name,
I forgive all others for what they have done against me.
I renounce Satan,
the evil spirits and all their works.
I give You my entire self.
Lord Jesus, now and forever,
Merciful Jesus,
during Your life on earth
You showed great concern for the sick and the infirm.
Have compassion now on all those
who are sick or in pain.
Grant them a healing of mind and body
and restore their strength and spirit.
Comfort them with the knowledge
that we are praying for them,
In the 1990s, use of the World Wide Web and Internet was increasing exponentially worldwide. Businesses, non-profit organizations, and the general public were discovering this exciting new medium and all of its potential.
